Matt Jensen: The Last Mountain Man was my introduction to Matt Jensen the “adopted” son of Smoke Jensen. Theis is the first book in what I am calling Matt Jensen: The Last Mountain Man series. Matt Jensen kicks just about as much butt as Smoke (always on the good side of the law). This is another one of William Johnstone’s superb westerns. Matt must avenge the deaths of his family when he was just a boy and nothing will stop him.
