A Town Called Fury by William W. Johnstone with J. A. Johnstone is the first book in the Fury Series. In this book Jason Fury heads towards California with his father’s wagon train. During the long journey, the wagon train is attacked by Comanche in Oklahoma and Jason must take over as guide and leader. Jason must deal with folks who don’t understand the dangers of life on the wagon trail and who will not accept his leadership. This book also is the introduction to the founding of Fury, a town named after his father.
