The Hanging Judge is the 106th book in The Gunsmith Series by J. R. Roberts. In this book, Clint Adams, The Gunsmith, heads to Fort Smith, Arkansas, the location of the famous Judge Isaac Parker, The Hanging Judge. Clint performs a task for Judge Parker, albeit unwillingly.
The interesting thing about Judge Parker is he really didn’t hang that many people compared to others in his era (79 in 21 years), especially considering that his jurisdiction was a very lawless area.
