Bolan learned his trade in Vietnam and now works with intelligence from the United States government, but they have plausible deniability for his actions.  The series is Don Pendleton’s The Executioner.  I have no idea who actually writes these books.  One of these days, I’m going to go figure that out.  If anyone knows, comment please.
